Glove Hub USA LLC started in conversation at the outbreak of the current Covid-19 Pandemic by the principles of Twin Rivers Group, LLC, a private equity group with years of experience in business development . After the initial demands, we experienced an unbelievable amount of individuals claiming to have gloves for sale. Companies that had recently been established with no history of or experience in medical supplies. Working together with several companies and government officials, we determined that almost all of these deals (or the product) were not real. This was a shock to the very core of our humanity.
We then started to look at the reasons for this widespread misrepresentation and the issues it was causing. Turning the conversation to a reality, Glove Hub USA, LLC was created to provide gloves direct from manufacturers, sellers, distributers, and suppliers to end users. A big thing that is not discussed on the news is the amount of additional cases not being treated due to the need of PPE to maintain standards of sanitation during said treatment, leaving patients to suffer or potentially get worse, leading to additional problems… some even life-threatening. With this reality in place, we began researching everything possible from overseas, to U.S. Ports, to ground logistics and so on. The biggest issues we found was in verifying the products existence, or who actually had the product. Individuals misrepresenting their position lead to a larger problem, misuse of information. This issue almost destroyed the belief that purchasing or selling gloves was even a possibility any more. The lack of over-sight and the overwhelming amount of cases has made it difficult for authorities to enforce justice leaving many in despair.
Fast forward, Glove Hub USA, LLC has put together a due diligence process to expedite the abilities of all parties. Using our system and own production relationships, we bridge the gap between product and end users. We take the issues very seriously as we have seen first hand the amount of cost and time wasted on bad actors. Our straightforward approach can reduce risk or misuse of information regarding principle parties to a transaction and successfully fulfill the needs during today’s pandemic.
